Our Process

1. Complimentary Consultation

We start with a conversation — by phone or Zoom — to get to know you, your travel style, and your dreams for the trip. This is your chance to share your vision, ask questions, and explore possibilities.

2. Planning Fee

After your complimentary consultation, we collect a nonrefundable Concierge Care fee before beginning research. This ensures your trip receives the time, care, and customization it deserves.

3. Research & Proposals

You’ll receive two curated options: our first and best recommendation, plus a second carefully considered alternative. No endless lists, no overwhelm — just thoughtfully designed options that align with your goals.

4. Booking & Logistics

Once you select your favorite option, we handle everything: reservations, payments, travel documents, and special requests.

5. Ongoing Support

From the moment you book until the day you return, we’re your dedicated support team. Flight delayed? Need to adjust an excursion? We’re here to advocate for you.

6. Bon Voyage!

All that’s left is to pack your bags and enjoy a seamless, stress-free adventure.

Concierge Care Packages

At Bryson Travel Group, we believe your vacation should be effortless, personalized, and extraordinary. To provide the highest level of service, we charge a nonrefundable Concierge Care research & planning fee. This guarantees every detail is handled with care, expertise, and full attention to your trip.

River Cruise Essentials — $250 per stateroom

For travelers who simply want their river cruise booked and managed.

Includes:

• Research, proposal, and booking of your river cruise

• Stateroom selection & management

• Reservation handling, payments, and travel documents

• Embarkation support & onboard know-before-you-go details

Ideal for experienced cruisers who don’t need extra pre- or post-trip planning

River Cruise Concierge — $400 per stateroom

Our most popular package, designed for travelers who want full-service care and peace of mind.

Includes everything in Essentials, plus:

• Pre- and post-cruise hotel + flight coordination

• Independent or cruise line extension planning

• Excursion recommendations and custom suggestions

• Access to our exclusive client app with your itinerary, travel documents & resources

• “Know-Before-You-Go” destination guides

• Pre-travel checklists and personalized packing advice

• Concierge support before, during, and after travel

Europe Custom Land Itinerary — Starting at $600

Travelers seeking a tailored European journey built from scratch.

• $600 covers up to 2 destinations for 2 travelers, up to 8 days

• Additional destinations, weeks, or travelers may require a higher fee

• In-depth research & curation of up to 2 customized itinerary options

• Hotels, transfers, trains/flights, and activity coordination

• Dining recommendations & neighborhood insights

• Day-by-day digital itinerary with maps and confirmations

• Access to our exclusive client app with your itinerary, travel documents & resources

• “Know-Before-You-Go” destination guides for added confidence

• Pre-travel checklists and personalized packing advice

• Concierge support before and during travel

• VIP upgrades where available

Multi-country, multi-week, or highly curated itineraries may require a higher fee.
